Winemaker’s Comments
A very attractive deep Magenta colour. The bouquet
delivers intricate flavours of cassis and cigar box with
elegant mocha notes. The wine displays the classic varietal
characters of blackcurrant wrapped up with fine tannins
and a very complex lasting palate, complimented by subtle
French oak.
Extending Taltarni’s long tradition of French winemakers,
winemaker Loïc Le Calvez creates an exceptional and
diverse portfolio of award winning wines that showcase
excellence and distinctively express the true varietal and
regional characteristics.
