Monthly Giveaway Promotion Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

How to Enter:

  • Join our mailing list at an event or the cellar door (no purchase required).

Prize:

  • Four seasonal Taltarni wine packs (Winter, Spring, Summer, Autumn) worth $1,145 AUD (RRP $1,458 AUD).
  • Free shipping for all packs.
  • Wines are pre-selected, and customisation is not allowed.

Draw and Notification:

  • One winner drawn on the last day of each month and notified by phone.
  • A redraw will occur if the winner is not reached within 48 hours.

General Conditions:

  • Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Taltarni reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time.

Accommodation at Taltarni

Booking:

  • Services are only available to adults over 18.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your stay.
  • Prices are listed in AUD and include GST.
  • Taltarni reserves the right to charge your credit card for any damages or additional cleaning after your stay.

Glamping Tent:

  • No campfires are allowed unless organized by staff.
  • Respect wildlife and do not bring pets unless approved.
  • Smoking is prohibited within 10m of the tent.
  • Only those listed on the booking form may stay on the property.

Departure:

  • You must vacate the tent and property by the agreed departure date, leaving it in the same condition as upon arrival.
  • Notify Taltarni of any damages incurred during your stay.

Cancellation:

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before arrival: 70% refund.
  • Cancellations 6 days to 48 hours before arrival: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours: no refund.
  • If Taltarni cancels your booking, a full refund will be provided.

Guarantee and Indemnity:

  • You agree to indemnify Taltarni from claims related to your stay, including any damages or breaches of these terms.

By staying with us, you agree to adhere to the outlined terms. Failure to comply may result in refused entry or cancellation of the booking.
