The 2023 Growing season was temperate compared to traditional seasons in the state. These young vines had ideal growing conditions with minimum heat and have begun delivering superb fruit.

Fermented separately in small open-top vessels, the fruit was handled lightly with minimal mechanical intervention to allow the true nature of the estate-grown fruit to be on display.

Characters of cherry, vanilla and tart mulberry, lifted by rosehip, crushed rose petals and a hint of tea leaf.
