Growing conditions for the vines leading into the 2024 season were ideal with minimum heat and water stress.
With a creamy and textural palate, derived from time spent on lees post-fermentation, the bouquet is dominated by citrus and stone fruit aromas. A subtle use of oak coupled with a nice line of acid gives the wine good structure and length making the wine perfect for drinking now and into the future. The grapes were left to ripen slowly in the eastern morning sun and harvested in the cool hours of the morning to retain the freshness and intensity of the fruit. Gently pressed, the juice was then cold-settled with fermentation taking place both in barrel and stainless steel tanks.
